SENIOR ERP CONSULTANT

We are currently seeking a Senior ERP Consultant!

You should have expertise in Microsoft products such as Business Central, Navision, or Axapta. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience working with these platforms and possess strong consultancy skills. In this role, you will be expected to excel in complex analysis, propose innovative solutions, make substantial contributions to project content and direction, effectively assign tasks to team members, and successfully manage mid-size projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform complex solution analysis within MS Dynamics 365 Business Central/MS Dynamics NAV systems.

  • Define analysis results and development/test requirements, assigning tasks to team members.

  • Ensure the timely completion of assigned tasks.

  • Keep the team leader informed about progress and update progress in Redmine.

  • Provide valuable assistance to colleagues with development-related tasks when needed.

  • Attend project meetings, including those held at the customer's site.

  • Conduct on-site visits for analysis, implementation, or post-implementation support as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP systems implementation, with at least 3 years of experience working with MS products.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Strong teamwork and analytical thinking abilities.

  • Advanced knowledge of business processes.

  • Proficiency in MS Products (NAV/BC/AX).

  • Familiarity with MS SQL Server.

  • Valid driver's license (Class B).

  • Advanced English language skills, German language would be an advantage.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
