• Manage and maintain critical infrastructure components, focusing on Identity Management, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Monitoring Systems.

• Develop, implement, and optimize monitoring solutions to ensure system health, reliability, and performance.

• Support and improve Active Directory environments, including Group Policies, security configurations, and domain migrations.

• Participate in the implementation and administration of modern identity and access management solutions.

• Design and manage cloud and hybrid environments, particularly within the Microsoft environment / Azure.

• Oversee and optimize enterprise storage solutions, ensuring efficient, secure, and scalable data storage management.

• Collaborate with the IT Infrastructure team to evaluate, plan, and implement infrastructure and security improvements.

• Perform system updates, upgrades, and patches to maintain optimal performance and security.

• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, ensuring rapid resolution to minimize downtime.

• Create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed.

WHAT SHOULD THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAVE?

While perfection isn’t required, there are certain qualities we can’t do without:

• Proven experience as a System Engineer in a complex IT environment, preferably with a focus on Microsoft technologies.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra and Active Directory (on-premises and hybrid setups).

• Expertise in enterprise storage systems, including configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting.

• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, ELK, or similar).

• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure concepts, including networking, virtualization (e.g., VMware), and server administration.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services and integrations.

• A good grasp of IT security principles and the ability to implement security best practices.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of Czech, English at a professional level; German is an advantage.
